Any active person with a login — office staff and field technicians alike. Every plan includes a set number of users (1 on Starter up to 15 on Business), and extra users are CA$45/user/mo on any plan.
There are only two published meters: included users (1 / 5 / 10 / 15, then CA$45/user/mo) and AI invoice scans per month (50 / 100 / 200 on Team / Pro / Business, unlimited on Enterprise). No work-order caps and no storage tiers — storage is fair-use, and we won't cut you off mid-job.
