Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Jobyo, operated by NidSons Inc. (o/a Jobyo), and forms part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your own conduct and for the conduct of every user under your account.

1. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Upload, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems or networks.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures, without our prior written authorization.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.
  • Use scraping, crawling, or automated means to access or extract data except through interfaces we provide and authorize.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted, or use it to build or assist a competing product.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

2. Fair Use of Resources

The Service is provided for normal business use. Usage that is excessive, abusive, or that disproportionately consumes storage, bandwidth, compute, or usage-metered features (such as document scanning) in a way that degrades the Service for others may be limited, throttled, or subject to additional charges.

3. Your Content and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the data and content you and your users submit, including ensuring you have the right to collect and upload it and that it does not violate this AUP or the rights of others. You must obtain any consents required to upload personal information about your own customers, employees, or contacts.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. In response to a violation, or to protect the Service, our users, or third parties, we may remove content, throttle usage, and suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice depending on the severity. Serious violations may be reported to law-enforcement authorities.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
